Amenity Reservations

If you're interested in reserving for an event in the courtyard, rooftop pool, or community room please fill out a reservation form here.

Reservations can be made for up to 6 hours at a flat fee of $100 plus the hourly Lifeguard rate for the time the rooftop pool is reserved, if applicable.

Upon approval for the reservation, a check for $250 must be submitted as a refundable damage deposit. The damage deposit will be refunded/returned within three (3) business days after the event if there is no damage to the amenity, equipment or furniture. If the cost to repair damages exceeds the amount of the deposit, the resident will be assessed the remaining balance.
