Paragraph 5.1 of the Claridge House Rules and Regulations states:
This Building is a smoke-free building. No smoking is permitted in the premises or in any of the common areas, including the hallways, lobby, elevators, laundry rooms, basement, exercise rooms, business center, entertainment lounge, library, terrace, pool or garage.
In addition, no smoking is permitted in the courtyard, in the front driveways or within 10 feet of the Claridge House Building. We thank you for your cooperation.
The Claridge House Cooperative is located in the Foggy Bottom area of Washington, DC. It is close to the Metro and George Washington University. The coop consists of two buildings and contains 352 studio and one bedroom units.
